Slightly off-topic for the forum, but I'm wondering if anyone has worked out MDF templates for making wood legs here in CFL.  That's going to be my next big part of the project once my frame is done, and it looks like the Senna style legs are going to be the way to go for me.

Yes Mike's wood leg design is a good place to start.
Victor's blog has a tutorial http://vfranco.blogspot.com
And Victor is always ready to help.

Yeah, I've downloaded Victor's tutorial already, but he mentions creating templates (from mdf for example).  Figured it would be worth asking if someone local had already created something like this so I'm not starting from near scratch.

The leg templates honestly seem a little more involved to make than what I've experienced with the Senna frame so far.  Hope to have the frame done by the end of the month, so then I'll be looking at the legs.

Actually my R2 has wooden legs and I took Jags leg plan and drew it out on the wood then cut.
It really wasn't hard, But I do have aluminum ankles and Mike's plan includes the ankle into the legs.

I'm wondering if I'm just missing a folder (as in just not seeing it) on the yahoo site or something, because I do not see any plans by Mike or JAG that could be drawn out onto the wood.

But for now I'm going to be spending my time with my frame.  The cut out is going to be the easy part, I can already tell.
