Thanks Brian,
Here's another photo with the motor and wheels installed.

Just a few more things to do and it's finished.
I took allot of pictures with measurements and I'll do a Tutorial when I know it works perfect.

I know you said you had a lot of pictures on the build, but I had one thought process question - how you are handling the tension on the band?  I don't see a tensioner setup, the best I can see is that you made the mount for the motor to be adjustable in order to fix the tension...

I have a Banjo style bolt that will fit on each side of the axle.
These will allow me to adjust the belt and keep the wheel straight.
A Banjo bolt is like a washer with a screw welded on the side.
It's used in many different types of bikes to adjust the chain or belt.

Just fitted the Banjo bolts and this idea failed.
So I started working on a slide plate for the axle and it works good so far.
The belt is on order, So I won't be able to test until it arrives.

Here's another preview of Old Stinky Feet.
Motor is bolted, Wheel is shimmed but I need a longer Axle Bolt so I can fit the Belt Tension Slide.

If this Video does not work let me know.

Calvin - How did you manage to cut the curve on the inside of the foot?  I'm still working that part out right now.

Hopefully all the pieces should be in and I should be able to show off my completed Dave E feet on the 9th.
admin

Are you talking about the supports under the battery box skin?
Calvin
Blsith

Affirmative.  The curved parts on the front and back of the foot, along with underneath the battery box.
admin

I just cut them with the Olfa knife.
It was really easy, just cut slow and light cuts.
Sanding will make it smooth for skinning.
